
Joshua Martin - CEng MICE
Josh has worked at AEC for the past 13 years and has a wide range of expertise in Engineering focusing on temporary works and demolition. Josh specialises in ground engineering, industrial demolition and rail projects. He has over ten years of experience in temporary works design and has site experience, having performed TWC and Site Engineer roles. Josh is an active member of the Institution of Civil Engineers being the Secretary for the ICE North West Region

David Stevens - CEng MICE AMIDE
David has over 7 years experience in designing complicated and innovative temporary works schemes with experience in industrial dismantling projects. David has previous experience in both the nuclear and offshore industries. David is a chartered member of the ICE and an associate member of the IDE.

James Dunlop - BEng (Hons) IEng MICE
James has been with AEC for the past 12 years and James has been an integral part of the engineering team since he started as a placement student. James went on to found the East Midlands Office in 2020 and is now an Associate. At any one time, he manages a variety of projects and engineers, ensuring that AEC’s robust review process is followed. He is our go-to man for facade retentions and other complex items of temporary works.

Dean Keetch - BSc 1st Class (Hons)
Dean has gained a wealth of experience in temporary works and demolition through various projects, ranging from small-scale demolitions to large-scale infrastructure projects. He has over a decade of experience, aiding him to gain a comprehensive understanding of a wide range of aspects across the temporary works industry. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of temporary works solutions, including but not limited to; bridge demolition, rail projects, tower crane design, and propping & needling systems. He is also committed to continuous professional development as an active member with the Institute of Civil Engineers.

Christopher Jorge - BSc (Hons)
Chris has worked at AEC for 6 years working with a previous experience of 2 years in hydraulic engineering working for Suez.
Work at AEC for Chris has included Ground vibration assessments, complex slope stability checks using FEA software, retaining wall design. His portfolio includes high-profile jobs such as Silvertown Tunnel, Agar Grove demolition, Taf Fechan bridge

Ben Crisp - BEng 1st Class (Hons)
Ben has worked at AEC for 9 years and has gained a wide range of experience in the design of Temporary Works and Demolition Sequences, required to facilitate the full and partial demolition of a variety of structures and works to assist with the installation of permanent works. With experience over projects of all sizes including site visit experience involving Structural Surveys, 3D Scanning, Load Testing and Infiltration Testing.

Richard Boyle - BSc (Hons)
Senior Design Engineer, Andun Engineering Consultants Ltd
Richard is based in our West Midlands office having works at AEC for the past 7 years. Richard is the go-to for ground improvement-related projects and also enjoys work demolishing bridges or installing temporary bridges. Work has included high-profile jobs such as Demolitions of Churchill Way flyover, Littlewoods building, and Premier House in Liverpool and Manchester.
